Turtle-Ram is steady, stubborn and surprisingly sweet. It carries a smooth shell and a pair of curling horns and it does not hurry for anybody. When it decides you are a friend, it stays a friend. It is calm, patient and the kind of pet that shrugs off a bad day.

In the game: every Turtle-Ram hatches as a baby with a pacifier face, becomes a teenager on day two and an adult on day three, about 48 hours in all. Care is bonus growth. Play, feed, warm and nap with your Turtle-Ram and a stage can shrink from 24 hours to about 4. Hands off is fine too, because pets keep growing while you are away. Once two adults become friends and the friendship meter reaches 75 percent, the mating pen opens. A couple of hours later there is an egg. It has some of the sturdiest proportions in the roster, and it is a launch hybrid.
